Benvenuti nel BTE 2025

Vi accoglieremo con il nostro consueto “calore”, saremo felici di riabbracciarci tutti in occasione della 14a edizione del BTE.
Lo faremo nello stile che preferiamo: Tutto nella stessa location per ballare nel massimo confort. Saremo ancora una volta nel “nuovo” confortevole spazio con ottimo pavimento in legno, per potere ballare tante ore con facilità senza stancarci. Saremo all’interno del “salone Imperiale” del Royal Hotel Carlton, ampio circa 650 mq.

Quest’anno a grande richiesta, staremo insieme anche il 1° Gennaio 2025 e balleremmo, con i saluti finali fino alle 19,30 con l’ultima tanda.

Welcome to BTE 2025! 

We will welcome you with our usual “warmth”, we will be happy to hug each other again on the occasion of the 14th edition of the BTE.
We will do it in the style we prefer: Everything in the same location to dance in maximum comfort. We will once again be in the “new” comfortable space with excellent wooden flooring, to be able to dance for many hours easily without getting tired. We will be inside the “Imperial Hall” of the Royal Hotel Carlton, approximately 650 m2 in size.
This year by popular demand, we will also be together on January 1, 2025 and we will dance, with the final farewells until 7.30 pm with the last tanda.

Come fare per registrarti al BTE2025 . E’ facile e senza pensieri!

• Compila il modulo di iscrizione   uno per persona se sei in coppia e scegli la soluzione che preferisci. Riceverai immediatamente una copia della tua iscrizione. Se non ti arriva: controlla lo spam oppure hai sbagliato a scrivere la tua email. In questo caso compila nuovamente il modulo! Attendi la conferma di partecipazione, senza la quale non sarà possibile partecipare. Ci raccomandiamo di NON presentarsi al BTE senza la conferma, non potremo farvi accedere.
• Importante!: Le iscrizioni non verranno considerate in ordine della data di arrivo, ma in considerazione, di equilibrio dei ruoli, paese di arrivo. Il nostro team cercherà di soddisfare ogni esigenza. Controllate lo SPAM, Non verranno inviate email per le liste di attesa. Grazie per la comprensione.
• Se accettati vi verrà chiesto il pagamento di quanto avete prenotato, ma come sempre in caso di rinuncia, entro il giorno 15 dicembre 2024, ti verrà rimborsato quanto pagato senza penali! Al tuo arrivo potrai prenotare il posto insieme ai tuoi amici per il cenone di fine anno.
• Prenotazione Hotel: Riceverai nella lettera di conferma, una Password da inserire in “oggetto” alla e-mail che invierai all’hotel per dichiarare i giorni di permanenza. Riceverai un modulo dall’hotel che dovrai compilare a conferma, insieme a una carta di credito a garanzia. L’importo non ti sarà addebitato, ma pagherai in uscita dall’hotel. Anche in questo caso se  annullerete entro il 15 dicembre, nulla vi verrà addebitato
• In caso di annullamento inviare email a office@serendipityart.it con le vostre coordinate bancarie. How to register for BTE2025  It’s easy and carefree.

• Fill in the registration form one per person if you are a couple and choose the solution you prefer. You will immediately receive a copy of your subscription. If it does not arrive: check the spam or you wrote your email wrong. In this case fill out the form again! Wait for the confirmation of participation, without which you will not be able to participate. We recommend that you DO NOT report to the BTE without confirmation, we will not be able to access it.
• Important!: Registrations will not be considered in order of arrival date, but in consideration of the balance of roles and country of arrival. Our team will try to satisfy every need. Check your SPAM. No waiting list emails will be sent. Thanks for understanding.
• If accepted you will be asked to pay what you have booked, but as always in case of cancellation, by December 15th, 2024, you will be refunded as paid without penalty. When you arrive you can book your seat together with your friends for New Year’s Eve dinner.
• Hotel booking. You will receive in the confirmation letter a Password to be inserted in the “subject” to the e-mail that you will send to the hotel to declare the days of stay. You will receive a form from the hotel that you will need to fill out in confirmation, together with a credit card as guarantee. The amount will not be charged, but you will pay out of the hotel. Also in this case if you cancel by December 15, nothing will be charged.
• In case of cancellation send email to office@serendipityart.it with your bank details. The credit will take place as soon as possible, maximum by the harvest following the date e-mail
