Programma BTE 2025
Tutte le informazioni e orari descritti, potranno subire variazioni per motivi tecnici o organizzativi.
Vivremo un’esperienza unica nel suo genere al piano superiore, nella sontuosa Sala Imperiale del Royal Hotel Carlton, che si estende su circa 650 metri quadrati. Abbiamo preparato un pavimento in legno di ottima qualità, ideale per ballare senza sforzo le molte ore di tango previste, offrendo comfort e libertà di movimento. Avremo il piacere di ospitare i migliori DJ internazionali, che ci accompagneranno attraverso sette milonghe, regalandoci ore di musica coinvolgente e avvolgenti abbracci con tangueri provenienti da ogni angolo del mondo. Inoltre, abbiamo organizzato un programma speciale di allenamento muscolare e perfezionamento delle tecniche di tango, con sessioni individuali disponibili sia per i leader che follower. Come di consueto, sarà presente la visita guidata della città di Bologna, condotta da un’attrice che renderà il tour divertente e istruttivo. ore 16:00 – Inaugurazione del B.T.E con la Milonga

Presentazione del Team Serendipity Art e del programma Encuentro.
ore 21:00 – 02:00 – Ultima tanda della Milonga inaugurale con Gergana “MamaLoca” Boeva.
Durante le Milonghe sarà disponibile acqua a libero servizio e saranno offerti assaggi di prodotti salati, dolci e frutta.
La cena, se prenotata, sarà servita nell’Hotel a partire dalle 20:00. Non è prevista interruzione della Milonga.

La Milonga sarà chiusa dalle 21:00 alle 22:30 per il cenone, allestito al piano terra nelle sale Plutone e Giove.
A mezzanotte ci sarà il conto alla rovescia e un brindisi con dolci natalizi nel Foyer della sala Imperiale. La Milonga del nuovo anno proseguirà fino alle ore 5:00 con Tdj. Max Romano

All the information and timetables described may undergo variations for technical or organizational reasons.
We will live this “magical experience” on the upper floor, in the Imperial Hall of the Royal Hotel Carlton, spanning approximately 650 square meters. Inside, we have arranged a high-quality wooden floor, allowing us to dance the many hours of tango planned with ease, comfortably and without fatigue. We will be joined by the best DJs from the international scene, who will entertain us through seven milongas, offering hours of captivating music and wonderful embraces with numerous tangueros from around the world. Furthermore, we have designed a special program for muscle training and tango technique improvement with individual bookings available for both leaders and followers. As every year, there will be a guided tour, led by an actress who will amusingly show us around the city of Bologna. The tour will be conducted in both Italian and English. 11.30am – Opening of the BTE 2025 desk followed by participant registration.
4.00 pm – Inauguration of the B.T.E with the Milonga presented by Tdj Rosita Aragione.
Presentation of the Serendipity Art Team and the Encuentro program.
9.00 pm – 02.00 am – Last tanda of the inaugural Milonga with Gergana “MamaLoca” Boeva.
During the Milongas, free water will be available and tastings of savory, sweet and fruit products will be offered. Dinner, if booked, will be served in the hotel starting from 8pm. The Milonga is not expected to be interrupted.

The Milonga will be closed from 9.00pm to 10.30pm for the dinner, set up on the ground floor in the Plutone and Giove rooms.
At midnight there will be a countdown and a toast with Christmas sweets in the Foyer of the Imperial Hall. The New Year’s Milonga will continue until 5:00.
01.15 am – Show by Silvina Tse and Julio Alvarez followed by a group photo with Claudio Mirabella.
