Quest’anno avremo una grande novità , il BTE si sposterà al piano superiore, nella sala Imperiale del Royal Hotel Carton, ampia circa 650 mq. dove all’interno abbiamo allestito un pavimento in ottimo legno, per ballare le tante ore di tango previste, comodamente, senza stancarci. Oltre ai migliori Dj del panorama Internazionale, avremo anche una grande orchestra. Abbiamo previsto inoltre uno speciale programma di allenamento muscolare e tecnica tango con prenotazione singola sia per leader che follower. Come tutti gli anni ci sarà la visita guidata, con un ‘attrice che in modo divertente, ci farà vedere la città che ospita, Bologna. La visita sarà in lingua Italiana e Inglese. “This year, we are introducing a significant innovation – the BTE will be relocated to the upper floor, in the Imperial Hall of the Royal Hotel Carton, spanning approximately 650 square meters. Inside, we have laid a premium wooden dance floor, allowing us to comfortably dance for the extended hours of tango without fatigue. In addition to featuring the finest DJs from the international scene, we are also proud to present a grand orchestra. Furthermore, we have designed a special muscle training and tango technique program available for individual booking, catering to both leaders and followers. As in previous years, we will offer a guided tour led by an actress who, in a delightful manner, will showcase the city that hosts us, Bologna. 9.30 pm. 11 pm. Dinner at the Hotel restaurant. Served as a buffet. Admission by reservation only, via the limited number registration form. Everyone will have their own comfortable seat.

Policy annullamento

L’annullamento per motivi personali, sarà possibile entro le ore 19.00 del 15 dicembre 2023. Nessuna penale verrà applicata e verranno restituite le quote versate addebitando solo  il costo amministrativo dell’operazione. Resta inteso che sarà possibile traferire la prenotazione ad altro partecipante con gli stessi requisiti e come sempre vi aiuteremo in questo, se sarà possibile ovviamente.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation for personal reasons, will be possible by 7pm. on 15 December 2023. No penalty will be applied and the fees paid will be returned by charging only the administrative cost of the operation. It is understood that it will be possible to transfer the booking to another participant with the same requirements and as always we will help you in this, if it is possible of course.
