(IL PROGRAMMA DELL’EVENTO POTRÁ SUBIRE VARIAZIONI PER MOTIVI DI CARATTERE TECNICO/ORGANIZZATIVO) ATTENZIONE: L’evento sarà svolto con i contenuti descritti nel nostro sito, salvo restrizioni dovute a emergenze improvvise, determinate dalla pandemia. Nel malaugurato caso di non effettuazione dell’evento, verranno restituite “integralmente” le quote versate alla nostra associazione. Prenotate con fiducia!                                                                (Potrai cancellare la prenotazione senza alcuna penalità entro le ore 19,00 del 15 dicembre 2022, fatte salve le spese per il bonifico. Dopo tale data nulla potrà essere restituito. Attenzione le camere sempre entro tale data, andranno disdette direttamente all’hotel e non alla nostra nostra associazione).

POLICY: Prenota con tranquillità e garantisci la tua partecipazione-Le disdette saranno possibili fino al giorno  15 dicembre 2021, ore 19,00 e dovranno essere inviate a: soci@serendipityart.it . Verrà restituito l’importo, totalmente versato con bonifico bancario, entro la fine del mese successivo alla data dell’evento. “Solo per la parte riguardante il tango, le disdette pervenute successivamente alla data indicata del 15 dicembre 2021, potranno essere trasferite ad altro ospite che ha scelto lo stesso pacchetto. Vi daremo la massima assistenza possibile.” Non sono previsti rimborsi.

The Serendipity Art Team will be with you for you throughout the Encuentro.

POLICY: Book with peace of mind and guarantee your participation-Cancellations will be possible until 15 December 2021, 7.00 pm and must be sent to: soci@serendipityart.it. The amount will be returned, fully paid by bank transfer, by the end of the month following the date of the event.                                                                                                                                                                        “Only for the part concerning the tango, cancellations received after the indicated date of December 15, 2021, can be transferred to another guest who has chosen the same package. We will give you the best possible assistance. ” There are no refunds.

You can cancel your reservation without any penalty by 7.00 pm on December 15, 2022, Only administrative fees will be charged. After this date, nothing can be returned.HOTEL PRICES (Prices do not include the tourist tax).Attention the rooms always within this date, they will be canceled directly to the hotel and not to our association.
